At Dragon Diffusion, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our hand-woven leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Item

Carefully place the product in its original dust bag and packaging to ensure the hand-woven leather remains protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
